Small Update To Patch 2.4.1 PTR

Earlier this afternoon, an update was pushed to the Patch Test Realm (PTR) for Patch 2.4.1. Below, you’ll find the few changes that went through. Chief among them are the removal of the cosmetic wings, which we reported on as a coming change yesterday.
There has also been a bit of a rallying cry among the Crusaders for changes to the Armor of Akkhan set and, despite any updates being made to the set, at least Akarat’s Champion’s damage buff being multiplicative will provide a little more power. This will hardly make a difference for Akkhan’s though as pretty much every other build also uses Akarat’s Champion and therefore received the buff as well.
The red text marks what exactly changed since the last PTR update.

The following cosmetic items will no longer drop:
- Dark Bat
- Lord Culsu’s Wings
- Osseous Grasp
- Wings of Kokabiel
- Active Skills
- Akarat’s Champion
- The damage bonus granted is now multiplicative with other sources of bonus damage
- Laws of Hope
- Skill Rune – Hopeful Cry
- Now reduces Physical damage taken by 25%
- No longer has a chance to drop a Health Globe
