Finally the wait is over, patch 2.1 has finally hit the live servers and all the tasty new features are now yours to enjoy.

Diablo III patch 2.1.0 is now live in the Americas!

Important: Please note that you will not be prompted to download patch 2.1.0 until the patch is live in your home region. If you are logging in from a European or Asian client, you will need to wait for this patch to release in that region before it can be installed. Additionally, if your home region is in the Americas, you will be unable to log into Europe or Asia using Global Play after patch 2.1.0 is live until those regions have also patched.

I highly recommend that you check the official patch notes, and all of our 2.1 coverage so you don’t miss a thing.

Remember that Season 1 will start this Friday, so you have a a few days to prepare and get comfortable on this new 2.1 environment.
