Hotfix Coming Soon for the Shard of Hate

When Archon and I were talking about how OP the Shard of Hate was, we knew it was too good to be true and it was. The proc for the Shard of Hate’s elemental attacks wasn’t scaling properly with skills’ proc rates and this lead to a 100% chance to shoot out the bonus attacks. When this hotfix gets applied that will no longer be the case, we’ll have to wait and see how hard this fix hurts the output of the item and if people will still be drawn to it.
Some of the other changes today included fixes for Crusaders so they will stop killing themselves and the Demon Hunter pet build was nerfed now that Sharpshooter will properly reset on your minions’ crits as well.
