Reaper of Souls Patch 2.0.4 Gets Datamined

Blizzard just started deploying a new patch to their servers which will more than likely go live on Tuesday.

While the patch is still in the process of being datamined, tons of skill changes have already been found, and from what we can see this early into it, most classes are receiving quite a number of damage buffs. The Crusader is really winning out in the buff department with the vast majority of their skills getting re-tuned after a few weeks of complaints about their damage output.

These notes are work in progress and we’ll see more changes by morning, but check out the list of changes that the team over at Diablo Fans has mined so far.

Barbarian

 

  • Bash Now deals 215% weapon damage (up from 170%).
    • Onslaught : Now does an additional 100% (up from 80%).
    • Clobber : Now has a 35% chance to stun (up from 30%).
  • Weapon Throw Now deals 185% weapon damage (up from 150%).
    • Mighty Throw : Increase damage to 270% weapon damage (up from 210%).
    • Throwing Hammer : Now has a 40% chance to stun (up from 30%).
  • Frenzy Now deals 155% weapon damage (up from 120%).

Demonhunter

  • Hungering Arrow Now deals 155% weapon damage (up from 125%). 
  • Evasive Fire Primary enemy is now hit for 200% weapon damage (up from 160%) Secondary enemies are hit for 100% weapon damage (up from 80%).
    • Covering Fire : Increases damage of secondary bolts to 200% weapon damage (up from 160%). 

Monk

 

  • Unity Tooltip now states that it has  a maximum of 20% (This was already in affect via a hotfix)

WitchDoctor

 

  • Poison Dart Now deals 185% weapon damage (up from 155%). 
  • Corpse Spiders Now deals 324% weapon damage (up from 216%).
  • Haunt Now costs 50 mana (down from 200). Now deals 4000% weapon damage (up from 1465%). Now deals the damage over 12 seconds (up from 6).
  • Firebomb
    • Pyrogeist : Now deals 880% weapon damage (up from 560%).

X1_Crusader

 

  • Lord Commander The cooldown of Steed Charge is reduced by 5 seconds25% and Bombardment by 20 seconds35%. / Damage dealt by Phalanx is increased 20%.
  • Blessed Shield Cost: 20 Wrath / Hurl your shield, dealing 280340% weapon damage plus 250% of shield Block Chance as damage. The shield will ricochet to 3 nearby enemies.
    • Staggering Shield : The shield becomes charged with lightning and has a 2535% chance to Stun the first enemy hit for 2 seconds. Each enemy hit after the first has a 5% reduced chance to be Stunned.
    • Combust : The shield erupts in flames and has a 33% chance to explode on impact, dealing 105270% weapon damage as Fire to all enemies within 8 yards.
  • Sweep Attack Cost: 20 Wrath / Sweep a mystical flail through enemies up to 18 yards before you, dealing 400440% weapon damage.
  • Heaven’s Fury
    • Fires of Heaven : Call down a furious ray of Holy power that is focused through you in a beam across the battlefield, dealing 950735% weapon damage as Holy to all enemies it hits. / The cooldown is removed. Now costs 40 Wrath.
  • Phalanx Cost: 0 Wrath / Summon powerful avatars who charge forward to the targeted destination. Enemies caught in the charge path take295380% weapon damage.
    • Bowmen : The summoned avatars no longer march forward, but will wield bows and attack enemies, dealing 85160% weapon damage. These bowmen follow you as you move for 5 seconds. / The Bowmen can only be summoned once every 15 seconds.
    • Shield Charge : The summoned avatars charge the target and perform a shield bash, dealing 75180% weapon damage to enemies at that location.
    • Stampede : Summon warhorses that deal 295380% weapon damage and have a 2530% chance to Stun enemies for 2 seconds.
    • Bodyguard : Instead of sending the avatars out away from you, you summon 2 Avatars of the Order to protect you and fight by your side for 10 seconds. Each Avatar will attack for 200285% of your weapon damage as Physical. / The Avatars can only be summoned once every 30 seconds.
  • Fist of the Heavens Cost: 30 Wrath / Call forth a pillar of lightning from the heavens that explodes, dealing 250340% weapon damage as Lightning to any enemy within 8 yards. The explosion creates 6 piercing charged bolts that arc outward and deal 210340% weapon damage as Lightning.
    • Fissure : Creates a fissure of lightning energy that deals 80400% weapon damage over 5 seconds to nearby enemies. If there is another fissure nearby, lightning will arc between them dealing an additional 185% weapon damage with each arc.
    • Divine Well : The holy bolts crackle with holy lightning and zap enemies within 1218 yards as they travel, dealing 1480% weapon damage as Holy.
  • Blessed Hammer
    • Burning Wrath : The hammer is engulfed in fire and has a 25% chance to scorch the ground over which it passes. Enemies who pass through the scorched ground take 95150% weapon damage as Fire per second.
  • Shield Bash Cost: 30 Wrath / Charge at your enemy, bashing him and all nearby foes. Deals 550740% weapon damage plus 150500% of your shield’s Block Chance as Holy damage.
    • Crumble : Foes who are killed explode, dealing 550660% weapon damage to enemies behind them and knocking those enemies back.
    • Shattered Shield : The shield shatters into other smaller fragments, hitting more enemies for 325380% weapon damage plus 300335% of your shield’s Block Chance as damage.
    • Pound : Shield Bash will now deal 550740% weapon damage plus 150500% shield Block Chance as Holy. The range is reduced to 8 yards.
  • Steed Charge Cooldown: 2516 seconds / Mount a celestial war horse that allows you to ride through enemies unhindered for 21.5 seconds.
    • Ramming Speed : The war horse deals 475515% weapon damage per second and knocks away enemies through which you ride.
    • Endurance : Increase the duration to 32 seconds.
    • Draw and Quarter : Bind 5 monsters near you with chains and drag them as you ride, dealing 125185% weapon damage per second.
  • Falling Sword
    • Rise Brothers : Possible change here, however diffs have an error and are outputting 0%.
  • Punish Generate: 5 Wrath per attack / Strike your enemy for 200270% weapon damage and gain Hardened Senses, increasing your Block Chance by 15% for 5 seconds.
    • Retaliate : When you block with Hardened Senses active, you deal 7094% weapon damage to the attacker.
  • Justice Generate: 5 Wrath per attack / Hurl a hammer of justice at your enemies, dealing 175240% weapon damage.
    • Sword of Justice : Hurl a sword of justice at your enemies. When the sword hits an enemy, gain 23% increased movement speed for 3 seconds. This effect stacks up to 5 times.
    • Hammer of Pursuit : The hammer seeks out nearby targets and deal 200300% weapon damage.
    • Burst : The hammer is charged with lightning and explodes on impact, dealing 2530% weapon damage as Lightning to all enemies within 10 yards. Enemies caught in the explosion have a 20% chance to be stunned for 1 second.
